Resume content: The career information you provide (through transcription or direct input) and the resumes generated from it are stored in your account so you can access and manage them.

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Spiel service
  • Send transactional emails (login links, account notifications)
  • Generate and store your resumes

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to providing the service.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Transcription services: Audio recordings are sent to third-party providers for transcription. These providers process the audio solely to return a transcript and do not retain your data.
  • AI services: Career information is processed by AI providers to generate and refine resume content.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encryption in transit and at rest. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

  • Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
